When I feel stressed out, I like to go for a run or a walk. Running and walking help me to clear my mind. Being outside refreshes me. Also, when I am stressed out, my shoulders, upper back and neck feel tense. Doing yoga and breathing deeply help me to release this tension. I also feel better if I talk to someone who is a good listener. I don't like to keep stress bottled up.

I back up your ideas Erica. I like to go outside too when I feel stressed out. Also, talking with my best friend help me feel better and relax. I like to speak up if I have any problem.

When I get stress out,I kind of yell at first ''why it is happening to me?'' and then I cry. I try to calm down, to convince myself that things will get better,and I pray GOD to help me go throuth.

When I feel stressed, I Talk with my husband, pray, go to church and talk with the priest. Sometimes I prefer to be alone to think how to fix the problem.

Hi Everybody! Hi my wonderful teacher Erica,
I wish all of you are doing well. Couple days ago I saw a hiring post at my job. I though it is a good idea to share with you this information, it might be helpful for them who are interested in getting a job. I work at Tjmaxx in Wethersfield. Also, you can see to another places because I am pretty sure there are hiring holidays going on. I got my job through the school and the helping of our teacher Erica. :)

My good way to deal with stress is that I spend my time to pray to my God. I know that nothing is impossible to him. I also stay quiet and listening to Gospel music. I can feel peace in mind and joy.

when I stress out I like to go shopping or go to the moll for walk, and buy a coffee, and sit for a little bit.

When I feel stressed out, I try to empty my mind and I breath deeply and slowly. Do exercise works too for me. Also pray to God and go to the church make me feel strong and protected.

When I feel stressed out I like go to walk, take fresh air, drink Chamomile and listen music, but if I feel pressure I cry and then try to breathe slowly to find calm, clear my mind. Also help to talk with someone who listen to me and give to me positive thoughts. Sometimes is really good when someone tells " believe in yourself and all will be ok"

I get stress out when is too loud, someone comments on a movie that I watch or says bad things about me behind my back. When someone is trying to control me (my opinion, my choices) than it pissed me off. If I feel stress out I need find balance. I like to catch fresh air- the best way to do it is go to the hike: tired body, listen to nature, feel to the wind and sun on my face. In this time I need walk/hike to get rid of my body. Also I like listen to music and do exercise. If you have a Friend who can listen to you ( give to advice/help or only be next to you) than you can find your balance.
